Good for small ears
I don’t like using earplugs normally because my ears are pretty sensitive to the pressure. I thought I’d try these because they were for smaller ears and I was hoping it’d be a bit better for me. They will definitely block out noise… Almost too much for a concert experience, but they still gave me the high-pressure feeling in my ears that most earplugs give me. So, these aren’t a solution for me, but if you need to block out sound these will do the trick. Probably not great for concerts because I feel like they’re blocking too much noise for that. They also worked better for my young daughter when we were at a loud concert. She wished she could hear things a bit better, but we felt good that her hearing was being protected.

Good small ear plugs from a great brand
I'm a big fan of the Hearos brand. I usually use their larger ear plugs, which are rated to 33 decibels. The Hearos Nanos are rated to 28 decibels, and I could tell the difference. I prefer a higher decibel rating, but would absolutely bring these to theme parks and loud rehearsals or concerts, where I want some ear protection, but still want to be able to hear. The Nanos are certainly comfortable, and I can see how they could be especially good for kids. The bright orange color is good, too, for finding them if they get lost. There is a tiny storage case included. I don't know how durable it would be in the long run, but I'm not going to take any stars off for that, because I think the quality of the ear plugs is excellent, and the case is just an added bonus.

XS, slow to re-expand in ear
This review is for Hearos Nanos Extra Small Ear Plugs, NRR 28, 12 Pair, Orange (5890) (Extra Small). These ear plugs come in a reusable package with perforated section on the tagboard that can be pushed in the back and later reclosed. The ear plugs are quite small since they are extra small size. They turned out to be too small for smaller ear canals for which regular size ear plugs were too large and caused pain. The orange foam on these ear plugs takes quite a long time to re-expand after rolling/squishing to fit into the ear canal. They also did not seem to block very much noise, so check decibel level before purchasing. These ear plugs are definitely extra small and may be appropriate for adults with very small ear canals or children.

Perfect for small ears, reducing noise effectively while allowing some muffled sound
These ear plugs are ideal for smaller adult and child-sized ears, fitting perfectly where regular-sized plugs may not. If you follow the instructions to roll them tightly and insert them into your ear canal, they expand well to create a snug fit that effectively blocks out noise. In terms of performance, they reduce the overall intensity of sound, making them great for loud environments while still allowing some muffled background noise to filter through. They’re also durable enough to be used multiple times before needing replacement, adding to their value.

They're called "hearos" because they don't work and you still hear everything
These are awful. They don't re-expand for over 5-10mins... or fully, even after an hour. It should not take more than a couple of seconds to put in an ear plug.

Comfortable for my small ears
I have very narrow ear canals and have a lot of trouble with even regular small sized ear plugs. I can barely cram them in and they pop out once expanded. These were actually small enough for once and I didn't have trouble with them once they expanded. My ears did not hurt during use, which is a relief.

Mighty still be a bit big for small children
To me these don't look much smaller than standard size. They work fine for an adult, and even an older child, but if they are under the age of 7 they may still be a bit big. I definitely wouldn't use them for a toddler. Stick with ear muffs if they are very young
