After spending $600 and ordering this chair I was kind of anxious. Anxious means, experiencing worry, unease, or nervousness, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Did I make the right choice? Will I regret spending the money? $600 is a lot of money for me to invest in a product I've never heard of and have never seen. I am very pleased with this chair. I have a problem lower back and this chair is awesome. It allieviates all the stress on my back. Some say the massage feature is crap but I disagree. It's pretty strong and I even had to turn it off after a while. The massage has three intensity settings. The fan and heat work well also. It's a lot of money, but if you need it for a bad back and don't want to keep eating analgesics like candy, just do it. Buy one. Got this as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and he loves it! It’s like sitting in a luxurious car seat lol I just wish the usb cord was longer. Assembly was easy, instructions were very clear. Chair is pretty heavy and sturdy. Size was good although I wish it were just a little bit more taller. Also the lumber area did not pop out but it doesn’t bother my bf. Overall I think it’s worth the money.

Their support is next level!Original Review:Lots of features, but some are poorly engineered to the point of constant frustration or discomfort.First the good:The quality of the materials seems good or great. The adjustable lumbar support and headrest work as expected so no complaints there. I think the heater and ventilation is a nice addition and work perfectly fine. Although you'll want a large battery, because small ones capable of charging a phone once or twice only last an hour or two. Finally, I like all the positions you can put the armrests in.Now the bad:The arm rests are extremely frustrating because they don't have a locking mechanism in one important place, the rotation that allows them to slant up or down. I'd probably never use that feature anyway, but frequently throughout the day, I have to correct their angle because any minor pressure pushes them out of the horizontal position. Yes, while just sitting there, but nearly every time I try to stand up or sit down since I use them for additional support. Finally, the seat is very hard, and I constantly have to adjust my position to alleviate the discomfort. Lastly, the "massager" is mostly ineffective and makes my back itch.
