It was delivered on time, and works as expected. It comes with different sim cards that work with all 4 major carriers, so you get to choose which one you want. In fact, thru Amazon, I was able to get it faster than ordering it directly from Red Pocket.

Do not buy this product my husband brought for a phone he needed to get turned on. The car came late. Plus the company did not send an activation code, so we have cards that do not work and Amazon said they cannot help us. Do yourself a favor find different Sim cards.

It was easy to set up and us and there costumer service was so helpful

So far, so good... However, their web site is not too convenient. Also, I tried unsuccessfully to call the customer service telephone number. It was answered by an auto system but then it immediately hung up on me. Did this many times. Their "chat" feature worked fine, though.

did not work as described with my moto4 ,could not get any signal with their sims, but could with sprint sim and t mobile sims , they claim their service uses the same towers and networks as the other carriers , but i guess just not with the reception? one of the chips did work sporadically while driving ,but not consistently

Great to be able to get sims for cheaper service. Can't believe overpriced packages in USA.
