Definitely need 2 of you to lift up to fit to brackets but very simple to install otherwise. Fabulous strech out on the arms and seem to be quite strong but obviously only for light winds. Get your own fittings as the ones supplied don't seen upto much and the drill hole size they say isn't correct so measure the drill hole size needed yourself. But they are stunning once up and do the job great to keep the sun off my grandchildren as we are south/west facing so get the sun all day in my garden.

That being said it’s been a god send with the heat, it keeps direct sunlight out of my kitchen and provides shade on the patio’Easy to use about an hour to install 6 14mm holes, I got two sets of fixings and one set were useless.Great fit, good protection, provides good cover.Only downfall is I wish I went with electric it takes a lot of winding out

great product, very easy to follow instructions, minimal parts to assemble comes fully built just fit wall brackets and hang, does obviously take 2 to do so, WARNING.......... DO NOT USE THE METAL ANCHOR BOLTS SUPPLIED WITH IT THEY ARE MADE OF CHEESE, use the plastic plug fixings

I am very pleased with the awning, providing us with shading from the sun. It certainly appears robust enough, although I wouldn’t leave it extended if winds were forecast.It was relatively straightforward to fit provided you have a powerful enough drill for drilling into brick, if fixing to the house. The instructions were not really detailed enough for me, but I did erect it correctly. The 3 brackets which hold the awning frame do need to be carefully measured as there is not much leeway if you get one of them slightly out of line or wonky.Overall this is a great addition to our garden, at a reasonable price.

Excellent service it arrived within 2 days of placing order ,some reviews advised replacing the supplied anchor bolts with better quality ones but I found them fine hardest part of installation was getting the 3 brackets in position and level measure twice( i used a chalk line )drill once !!! After brackets on lift up awning tighten 1 nut and bolt on each bracket to secure it job done easy 2 hours to completeThe awning it's self has a lovely smooth and easy actionMy advice for height to fix awning would be 300mm to 400mm above any door or window I originally fixed too high and had to reposition

The product seems well made,cannot really comment as unable to fit.However you need a lot of space above the actual awning to enable fitment. This is not in any of the instructions or the description on Amazon. Be aware you need at least 100mm above the bolts to be able to fit. Not impressed
