I do get quite tingly with this formula but it does make me want to work the sensation out. I don't like that it stained my blender bottle bright orange. Makes me feel like I'm ingesting too much dye. I don't feel jittery after a good workout, so it tapers out well into the evening after taking it after work. I can still sleep okay if i don't take it late in the evening. I got the last tropical sunrise. Taste is not bad at all, even a little enjoyable. I get enough energy for a couple hours of cardio and weight training with 3/4 of a full scoop. This is a decent low cost option.
