Poor information on how to use the card
Really disappointed with these cards as description on how to use was not clear. When the recipient of the gift tried to pay in store they were refused and were told you have to nominate a shop before purchase. Surely this defeats the purpose of a card that can be used in any shop? Apparently if it had been a plastic card it would have been fine. More guidance and info needed before or after purchase. needless to say not a nice experience at the time for the person.
