Great for adhd
I’m typically a very avid user of traditional dated planners. But after skipping weeks & needed a different set up. I stumbled upon this idea. Very nice paper. Laid out perfectly for my ADHD brain. Would be great for a teen as well !

Love these - helps us adhd’ers organize and be productive (as much as we can be). The options are easy to use and hit all of the notes so we can say “I had a good day!” Everyone that struggles with procrastination and executive function should utilize these.

Great before bed
Great for those overthinkers! If you can't sleep because of racing thoughts, dump it all down before bed for a better sleep. Great prompts too to organise.
