Very potent, in a good way
I started using this product because I heard Kirkland product were very good. My lab work from the dr's office showed my vitamin B12 was so high, my Dr recommend that I stop using it for now. I've cut back to 1/2 a pill every other day. So, this product works if you vitamin B deficient.
