Edit: the seller contacted me for a refund. The other times I've purchased, I didn't have an issue so I will order again hoping it was just a one time thing. I've purchased this multiple times but I'm very disappointed with my last bag. EVERY SINGLE PACKET was split open on the side, spilling grounds everywhere and making the bags unusable. They don't allow returns. I've previously loved this coffee (great taste and easy to use) but wary of buying more because this is expensive and I'm worried of getting another bad batch.

This is the best way I have found to enjoy decaf cold brew at home. After my mean old doctor decided to tell me I can’t have much caffeine any more, I realized it is impossible to find a delicious decaf cold brew at basically any coffee shop. Edit: After receiving several bags that had pouches ripped opened, I have had to stop buying this product.

Thanks to Bizzy I don’t have to give up my cold brewed mocha iced coffee. I had been enjoying bottled Bizzy Espresso (cut 1/2 $ 1/2 with chocolate almond milk) for almost a year beforeI had a stroke and had to cut out caffeine because my bladder was weakened. Then I started to look for dacaf alternative and found the company I had come to love had just what I needed, and in one batch pouches! I brew a pouch in a little over a qt of water on my counter for 18-24 hrs and the concentrate lasts two weeks. It makes a perfect, smoothe, delicious drink I can enjoy to the last drop. Nearly every single one of the bags I received was unsealed. Of the entire bag, I believe only 3 were actually sealed. The entire point of this purchase was convenience. If I had wanted to brew with loose grounds, I would not have purchased bagged coffee. I didn't want to waste the coffee so I took it out of the bags and cold brewed it in my french press, but unlike the coffee I grind myself for cold brewing, this was ground finer, and left a sediment at the bottom of the container. I did reach out to the company directly before leaving this review, as I understand that issues can arise during manufacturing, and I thought if I provided the lot number, they might have an explanation. But they did not respond to my email, hence this review. The taste of the coffee was good, and had the packaging functioned properly, I would have been inclined to repurchase it. But given my poor experience, and the lack of response on the part of the manufacturer, I will not be buying this again. UPDATE: After I posted this review, the company did reach out to me, and after I provided some additional information, they did issue me a full refund. So they get a star back for making it right.

Delicious! Same great taste as the Bizzy bottled cold brew w/o the speed bump. I drink it after dinner and don't have to worry about it keeping me awake.
