These braces stay in place and provide good pressure. I use them without the thumb strap and wish they didn't have them

Very basic. Minimal support but is helpful if you need just a bit. Similar to taping your wrist. Comes with two for each wrist which is helpful.

Recently I have injured my wrists playing volleyball. My physical therapist advised me to wear wrist braces during resistance exercises to prevent further injuries. This light weight simple braces are awesome. They are very easy to wear and adjust. The provide good support but don’t imapt wrist mobility much. I use them when exercising with dumbbells and have not had any issues with them.

I really like these wrist braces. They're thin which means they don't take up much space in my dresser when they're put away. They're easy to put on and they're easy to adjust. The thick strap around your thumb can take a little getting used to but it's not bad by any means. I wanted wrist braces that I would be able to use while I'm writing or painting but still get some benefit some and so far these are really, really, nice. I get the compression and stability I need for my carpal tunnel but I can still comfortably and easily use my hands. As of right now these are probably my favorite wrist braces and I have several different kinds. I really, really like these.

The description lists basically every wrist problem you could ever need a brace for, however the product itself is not nearly that versatile. I ordered it for carpal tunnel, and it's completely useless for that condition. The brace is not stiff whatsoever, it's basically a neoprene wrap that goes around your wrist providing additional support, but doesn't have the structure to immobilize the wrist as needed for carpal tunnel. Might work for other conditions listed, but not for carpal tunnel

They aren't too stiff and they have a little give - depending on how tight you make it. I wear them at night to hopefully help my wrists a little bit with pain. I do have arthritis and mild carpel tunnel but I also have tremors at night and wearing these help prevent it. They aren't uncomfortable and there isn't large areas of velcro that could irritate your wrists, after wearing them.

These wrist braces are pretty lightweight and have good adjustability. If you need some lighter duty without a heavy duty splint that restrict movement, these will work great for you. The adjustable straps work really well to adjust the amount of pressure and support that you need and has helped reduce some of the strain on my wrist as they are recovering from tendinitis.One issue that I have with these braces is that they are not interchangeable between the left and the right, and that there are no markings or anything visual to indicate which one is for the left or the right. I ended up having to mark each brace with a silver sharpie marker to help me identify, which is for the left or the right wrist. Eventually, the sharpie will wear off after washing so it’s a pain to have to remark and figure out which brace is which.
