Seemed to have an impact- needed to decant the caplets
Really felt this had a positive impact on my sleep, I had to decant the contents as the caplet size was difficult to swallow whole without giving a gag reflect (existing condition) however taste wasn't unpleasant and having loose with water didn't seem to impact negatively. I tended to use 1-2 per night and it worked ok. Did feel there were similar items available and there was a wide range of price points so others may work just as well.

Great nights sleep!
So pleased these are on amazon now. I've had them before and they've always helped me sleep so much better and the magnesium also helps with night cramps. Great brand.

Overpriced and Underwheeling
If like me staying asleep can be difficult, then I'm always on the lookout for natural remedy's for better quality sleep! When I saw these they seemed worth a try, give that Magnesium is a great sleep aid, and along with the L Theanine and Apigen, in theory they should promote a much more restful nights rest. The capsules are average size, and not difficult to swallow, and produce no aftertaste. The recommended dosage is 1-3 capsules, which corresponds to 100-300mg magnesium, L Theanine, 50-150mg of Apigen, 5-HTP, and 250-750mg of tart cherry extract. On testing with a single capsule I noticed no benefit, which is not surprising given the normal recommended dosage for Magnesium is 200-400 for better sleep. Taking two capsules did have some benefit I found, but was still around the same as I get from taking a standard magnesium citrate capsule and a 0.5g measure of L Theanine powder. That brings me to my main gripe with the supplements, the price. At £27.95 for 60, and needing to take at least 2 at a time, this works out at 93p per 2 capsule per dose, which is very expensive in my opinion! For reference I purchase 180 Magnesium Citrate capsules at 220mg each, for £10 which last me 6 months at one per night, plus 100g of L Thianine powder at £6.50, which also last over 6 months, and this combination works a treat for better sleep.Overall even if you got 180 capsules in a pack for £27.95 I would still struggle to recommend these, as it stands for 60 this is really just a waste of money, and you can pick up the items you need for better sleep for a lot cheaper, so I would spend my money elsewhere

Mixed Results: Lunar Sleep Supplement Review
I recently tried the Lunar Sleep x 60 Capsules and, like any discerning customer, I have both positive and negative observations to share. On the bright side, the inclusion of Apigenin and Magnesium Glycinate does seem to contribute positively to the sleep quality. I've experienced a noticeable reduction in restlessness, leading to more peaceful nights. However, the effectiveness of the supplement seems to vary among individuals. While it worked wonders for me, a friend reported marginal improvements. Additionally, the 15-gram content may be more than necessary, potentially affecting the overall value for money. On the plus side, the third-party testing assures a degree of quality control, but the same cannot be said about the actual build of the capsules, which appears somewhat flimsy. In conclusion, Lunar Sleep is a hit or miss, providing inconsistent results. Its value for money depends on individual responses, making it a bit of a gamble. The third-party testing instills some confidence, but the overall quality of the capsules leaves room for improvement. If you're willing to take the chance, it might be worth a shot, but don't expect a one-size-fits-all solution.

Not worth the super high premium
I’ve been taking Apigenin supplements from a variety of brands and sellers for the past year, testing all sorts via the Vine programme. I think the supplement itself works, and have noticed in general better sleep. Now whilst this is definitely a premium supplement and made to a high standard, I can’t for the life of me understand why it’s so dear. It’s got all sorts of other stuff in it, that I don’t know if is actually needed. Can’t recommend it if you plan to take this all year round as it’s really really high in cost. The crazy thing is you get 60 capsules in the bottle but it says take 1 to 3 per day! If you’re taking 3 per day this won’t even last you three weeks. But in its favour the capsules are crafted well, no broken ones in the bottle…but I’d give it a miss.

An occasional aid for getting to sleep.
This is an interesting product with quite a high price. As a regular daily supplement it would be too expensive for me, but the included leaflet actually recommends that the capsules are not taken every day, but more for overcoming sleeplessness as needed and not taken for more than 5 days in a week. The ingredients include tart cherry extract which I know helps, from my own experience over a long period. The recommended dose is just one capsule at first, with up to three if necessary as time goes on. I think this is sound advice and demonstrates the intelligent approach taken by the manufacturer. The capsules are average sized and easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste or smell. I am impressed with the 100% recyclable packaging with a bottle and cap made from bio-degradable plant material, packed in a cardboard box with a paper leaflet.
