Cartridge disaster
We ordered this as a replacement toner knowing we were going to need a new one very soon and recently we did install it. This cartridge is a major disaster. The toner spills out of the cartridge and has made a mess of our copier and the roller. We took the machine into be serviced and was told that the cartridge is bad. Of course, we are now over the time limit of returning . We will never order another toner cartridge from here nor will we recommend purchasing to others. It has caused major damage to our machine which is now costing us even more money. Extremely disappointed in this purchase.
