Beautycity Micro-Dermabrasion Facial Machine is a solid, rechargeable unit, with all of the necessary heads, but you need to do a lot of work to figure out how to use it properly. The included instructions are lacking in detail and clarity. I have gotten microdermabrasion facials at a salon so I know the basic concept but was nervous to try it on my own. Essentially you exfoliate using a diamond grit head and the machine sucks the sloughed off skin away to leave a new skin layer. You have to start slowly and gently to get the results you want without damaging or irritating your skin. I would encourage the manufacturer so spend more time and effort on the instructions, and for those who are buying the kit before those instructions are available, to watch videos before trying it.

The media could not be loaded. This is a really nice tool for serious exfoliating. It has definitely improved my skin texture and complexion. It also removes small amount of hair, I find. Worth trying!
