Luxury in a bottle!
Love this stuff! I use 3 different oil infused micellar cleansers. And I just bought my 3rd bottle of this. I alternate micellar cleansers each morning to get the most benefit out of them, and it makes them last longer, especially when alternating with a cheaper product made under the same corporate umbrella. But this stuff smells great, and feels luxurious when cleansing. It's easy to use, and even though it's usually $40+, I don't mind! I just watch for it to go on sale either on Amazon, or an online distributor. If you like the finer things and cars about your skin, give this a try!

Does what it should
This is my first time using a cleansing oil so I don’t have anything to compare it to. It is oily, which was expected, maybe a little more oily than I thought, but you wash it off pretty quickly leaving your face clean. I don’t wear makeup so I can’t speak for removal of that. It definitely left my skin softer than my usual cleanser. My product did arrive without a box and the first time the pump was also missing so it was not usable. My replacement had a pump but this item didn’t come in a box, I think it would be better if it was packaged in a box so this doesn’t happen.

Super strongly scented
My first reaction to this was to jerk away from my hands when they got close to my face because the scent is so strong. It's not a bad scent, but it's way too strong and way too much. It does work to get my makeup off, the mix of oil and micellar water is a great combination. But I wouldn't buy this again unless there was a non-scented version, and even then I'm not sure it's worth the price when there are other similar products that are much better priced.

Clean ingredients
I am very impressed with this Institut Esthederm Micellar Cleansing Oil. I like to scan all of my beauty products into the Yuka app to see the quality of the ingredients, and this is the first product that has come back as a 100/100 for me. All of the ingredients come up as risk free. The oil took my makeup off very well and has a pleasant smell. It is a light scent and not overbearing. I have sensitive skin and can't handle products that have a lot of scents as my skin will react. It left my skin feeling very soft and hydrated.

Removes makeup effectively
This is like a double cleanse combined in one product. It removes makeup very quickly and effectively. The texture is very heavy and oily. It has a light scent- cuccumber and something almost floral- I like it, but actually prefer unscented skin care products- just a personal preference. Even my eye make up was removed quickly. I did not need to use a second cleanser- this does rinse off well, and my skin feels soft after using- not stinging which can happen with some Micellar water. A little goes a long way. The first time I used it, I applied too much and it took a long time to rinse off. I now use about half a pump, and that seems to be the perfect amount for me. As much as I enjoy using this, the $40 price is a little steep for me- if I ever find this on good sale, I would purchase again.

Wonderful
I love to oil cleanse, I find it removes makeup the best and I have dry skin so I struggle with harsh cleansers. I've tried many oil cleansers in the past, some are thicker, some are lighter, this one is like Goldilocks, felt just right. It's also fragranced so for anyone who is sensitive to that, might want to avoid but I personally loved the scent! I would make this my HG but it's too pricey to be an everyday re-purchase. But if I am feeling like I need a luxurious oil cleanser, this is the one for me.

Cleansing oil that needs to be rinsed off after application
Institut Esthederm Micellar Cleansing Oil Care: The instructions say to apply this to dry skin and then rinse off afterward (my skin feels a little irritated if I forget to rinse). It is oily and has a mild scent (the ingredient list on the bottle is too tiny for me to read with a magnifier; the listing here says musk, cucumber, cantaloupe; it's not my favorite scent of skin care products). I was surprised that this didn't come in a box or was not otherwise protected (it had a tiny seal over the end of the pump, but that was it). It seems to do a fine job of cleansing my face. I like to follow this with moisturizer in case it's stripping out some protection I need. Made in France.

Yuck!!
When it arrived, it had green goo in the pump??? Gross! I removed the goo and tried it anyway and it’s terrible!! I love a good cleansing oil….emphasis on GOOD. This one is definitely NOT! It feels thick and greasy like vegetable oil and it never fully rinses off your face and hands. My $10 Palmers skin therapy cleansing oil works WAY better, and it’s 1/4 of the price. Don’t waste your money, this one is a dud.
