Wow - this is the business! I've tried loads of mini-pumps over the years and this is the best by far.It's small yet inflates quickly, even on fat 29er mountain bike tyres and it will go up to the 100+ PSI you need for road bike tyres no problem.Also it's got the best design ever for the attachment to the actual bike valve.There is a hose that screws onto the pump and the other end on to the bike valve - fits BOTH shraeder and presta valves.And the best bit is once it's screwed on it's a guaranteed perfect fit.Most pumps have some rubbish press on or quick release system which looks easy until you try and use it as they always leak air and you are never sure if it is on properly. This one takes 5 seconds to screw on and then you know it's on and all your pumping is inflating the tyre so you save loads of time by not having to faff with the valve attachment and check whether it's on properly.The pump has been really well designed by someone who obviously uses bike pumps a lot. There's a dust cap on both ends so no matter which way up you put it on the frame there's no muck and dust getting in there. Great pump, gets good pressure without leak. If using on presta valve, make sure you do not unscrew the core by mistake: practise using at home first. Push on firmly, then a couple of turns to lock in place. To remove, unscrew the same number of turns then PULL. If you carry on unscrewing, expecting it to come loose (like older screw fitting pumps) you could unscrew the valve core! (don't ask me how I know....)

As a casual cyclist, I was reluctant to spend so much on a hand pump. But after much deliberation and research I went for the Pro Bike Tool mini pump, as I didn't want a cheap plastic pump attached to my bike, which would most likely be flimsy and poor at inflating tyres. This pump looks and feels amazing. It is beautifully engineered. The finish and quality feel is faultless. As I have a floor pump, I only plan to use this if I get a puncture while out cycling, so hopefully it will be rarely used. However, I have just inflated a tyre from flat with it to test if it's as good as it looks. And I'm pleased to say I wasn't disappointed. The flexible hose allows a perfectly secure seal on the valve with no air loss and makes pumping so much easier than pumps which attach directly to the valve. It didn't take long at all to inflate the tyre to a pressure where the sidewalls can barely be pressed in. All in all, I'm delighted with it. If you have pride in the appearance of your bike, you cannot go wrong with this pump.

I purchased this on the back of other positive reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. As soon as you pick it up it feels like a beautifully engineered product. I used it when I replaced an inner tube after a puncture and even though it's a tiny pump I had no problems getting a decent pressure in the tyre and no leaking air as I pumped. A very nice product !

Pro Bike Tool mini pump sits neatly alongside your water bottle holder. It fits securely in the supplied clamp which has an improved safety strap to ensure your pump doesn’t ping off. Personally, I’ve found the clamp to be perfectly adequate on it’s own.The pump itself is a brilliant piece of kit. The flexible attachment hose is housed in side the pump. Simply remove the hose and attach one end for presta valve or the other end for schrader. You get a lot of puff from this little pump and even totally flat tyres inflate to full in no time.In common with many pumps you have to be careful not to unscrew the inner valve on a presta when removing the pump but I haven’t found this to be a problem.The company Pro Bike Tool is a small independent manufacturer with really friendly customer relations. They take the trouble to ask you how you’re getting on with your purchase after sales but no promo pressure to buy more stuff.Also, check out their water bottle cages on Amazon.

Fantastic little bike pump. So glad I paid the price for this. I have had loads of mini bike pumps but this feels and looks like the Bentley of them all. It is so well made. Good quality feel in your hand. It came with a bracket mount, not sure wether I will use it or not. The pump looks to good to get it covered in winter mud. So for now it will stay in the back pack. Which is why I bought it. I wanted something plain and simple that is not to bulky or bits sticking out. Something that just sits right in my back pack. Maybe in the summer I will fit the bracket. Hopefully I will never need it but seeing as it is well made am sure it will be more than up for the job when I do need it.
