I am a long time shapewear aficionado. Even when I was in my early twenties and barely 125 lbs. I just love looking snatched. All this to say I know my shapewear. I’m now a mom, 170 lbs and 5’5, typically a size 6 or 8 in dresses. I have a full blown mom belly and an F cup in bras.Here’s my experience:I purchased this much smaller, as you should with all your shapewear. Buying your actual size will not give you firm, compressing, snatched hold and the full benefits of shapewear.The chart recommended Medium-Large and I went for an XSmall-Small and I am so glad I did.Yes, it looks ridiculously tiny straight out the packaging but, it is shapewear not clothing. If you’re looking to fit comfortably in your clothes you have to hit the gym and not rely on these garments. This isn’t to shade or shame anyone but if you want to be snatched you have to take the discomfort whether through shapewear or the gym. Beauty is often pain.I always suggest you put these on the same way you would panty hose, scrunch them up and pull up one leg at a time. Once properly pulled up the legs and it sits at your crotch you start pulling the garment on to the rest of your body.One thing I noticed immediately is how high quality the fabric is. It’s so smooth and soft but with great hold and the thigh openings are flat and don’t give sausage legs at all.Also, as an avid Skims and Spanx purchaser I noticed this fabric held up extremely well to being pulled and stretched despite my acrylic nails, unlike my Spanx or Assests by Spanx.Next, the HOLD on the stomach area is lovely! I was so bloated when I wore this and despite this my waist looked defined and my stomach pretty darn flat. I was expecting much less compression.Many others mentioned having their breast squished by the bra area but this garment did not do that to me at all. It gathered my mom boobs and gave me a ton of cleavage. In fact, my Skims darn near cut off my breast circulation while this one lays comfortably.My biggest gripe is the area where the straps meet the garment. It isn’t flush so the extra fabric gets so itchy and uncomfortable after an hour of wear.This also has the added benefit of an open gusset. Now, the open gusset is flush to the garment so this implies you should be holding it open to relieve yourself if you choose not to take the garment off. I think that’s pretty obvious, other shapewear like the Yahaira ones have such large gussets it’s often obvious through your clothes and needless to say no one wants to look like they have extra long curtains (if you catch my drift). Lastly, the butt area is stretchy and doesn’t have any hold but still has a slightly lifting affect. Definitely gives awesome definition to the booty. One thing I noticed was the beautiful hold on the lower back to further make that booty pop. Nice touch!This is a far superior to any of my Skims. 100% the best shapewear item I have ever put on (and lemme tell ya, I’ve tried on A LOT). Like other review mentioned it looks laughably small when you take it out of the package. But looks are deceiving. Take your time, gather the sides and legs, and move it together up and over each section of your body. Once in place, it’s both surprisingly comfortable and effective. I also appreciated the ruching between the girls, which creates a good show of cleavage without revealing too much. Well-endowed ladies may still need a bra underneath though, as there is no under-support. Once I tried this on, and put on several outfits to make sure the bodysuit was doing g what I needed it to do, I ordered 4 more.

Absolutely the perfect amount of thickness for smooth coverage, non showing under even thinner summer dress’! Please follow the products specific sizing guide for their product, it is NOT the traditional U.S. sizes BUT they give you theirs based on your normal size and it’s very accurate —listen to their recommendation! Don’t get discouraged when you open it up and first try to get it past your thighs, it will seem too small BUT ITS NOT, slowly bunch up the shapers legs and use your hands to grab and pull up then slowly and in sections start pulling the rest of the material around the buttocks and up the waist & back. Take your time, it will give way and stretch over you just gradually pull up in sections. It’s a strong material and can take the tugging. Once it’s on you don’t even feel like you’re wearing it! It’s soft and not tugging at your skin or making you sweat. It washed well, use cold water & hang to dry. I have cleaned it in the washing machine and by hand. I think by hand is safer for the material but with both methods it held up just fine. Most ppl can wear it with or without a bra but do what works best for your body and the look in your outfit. Holds everything in and gives a smooth and shapely appearance. I luv that it doesn’t press down my buttocks area and allows for my curves to still be seen. I’m beyond pleased and will be buying another.

I ordered a XL/L after my MMO (TT, LIPO 360, AB REPAIR, breast lift & implants) for my week 3+ as recommended by my surgeon. When it arrived I thought "there's no way this 2T lookin thing will fit" well, it stretches. My thighs are big (size 13 jeans for ref) and this stretched over and I definitely felt held together all day. I will say over the new boobs (400ccs) with a bra I tried sleeping with this on and it was too tight on the chest. It stretches still but only using this for day wear. Doesn't ride or roll up thighs, stays in place, can readjust as needed, doesn't hurt on my incisions at all. Happy with this for 3 weeks+ daytime wear.The hole to pee from is not great. I pulled this up the thighs and even held the opening more open but the back part is just not far back enough and opening isn't worth it if you have to hold it open.
