I have been using this robotic vaccum cleaner for my home with marble floor of about 3000 sqft area for about one month. Overall performance is just excellent!Pros:1) It has made life easier, as cleaning was a huge task at my home2) Excellent battery life3) Awesome suction performance4) Sensor systems are really good5) Average to good mopping6) Waste need to be cleaned only once in like 64 days as it has good capacity7) Can store upto 4 maps, which is a feature not available in some other brands8)Has good appearance9) Can be easily controlled using phone app as well as via the control buttons on it (which is very convenient for elder people like my mother)10) If map is already set on the app, then we can operate the robotic vaccum cleaner via manual controls on the cleaner even without wifi, although changing of maps and using the app will require wifi11) The time taken for it to clean (vaccum+mopping) is almost the same time or even less taken by me to do the sameCons:1) mopping- doesn't remove stains hardened on floor, that otherwise need pressure using hand held mop2) Mats need to be removed, as it usually gets stuck trying to vaccum it in3) Though most of corner edges are covered, a very small triangular portion of corner edges cannot get covered4) mop should be cleaned on daily basis, but now upgraded version with self mop cleaning has been launched, which would be awesome5) Detergents/floor cleaners cannot be used (can be sprinkled on the mop, but not filled in the water tank)6) It doesn't notify when water in the water tank is over, you need to check by removing the water tank to know it

This is the first time am using a cleaning bot, i love the vacuum cleaning, its powerful and battery last for good, but if you are looking majorly for moping specially for tiled indian houses, not that great, moping leave streak which are visible once the floor is dry and is not consistent with water dampness.After 4-5 month of usage - this is now a failure, the robot would struggle to wipe a little water from the floor or mop it. It just stuck and slips around. The mop board also do not inject water in the mop cloth, need cleaning multiple times and even after cleaning the mop board its not 100% that it will inject water.Vacuum for which i was impressed initially is also a challenge, the vacuum roller is now completely depleted and require a replacement which is a 5k inr replacement with other accessaries.I would suggest not to buy this product if you want to use it for daily mopping, vacuum in an average indian house area and has limited time to maintain and clean the bot. This bot require daily attention!Update 8-jan-2025, the mop sensor is not working anymore, the customer care want me to pack the product and send it to delhi while they arrange the pickup. Horrible support experience as the product will be shipped on my risk and they will not give replacement for 6 days of repair time. Dont buy drrame

Support is good but takes time. No service centre in city like narwal. Build quality is good but facing accessories issues very often. Mopping is average, don't expect much.

Really superb robot. It cleane well. The mopping is not great as it doesn't have a rotating mop function. But very good for the price. I would suggest having your maid for basic home cleaning+ having the robot for fine cleaninf

Updated after 2 months of use.I still stand by what I have mentioned about the product. The product is actually good. But there are some things which you may need to consider before buying. One of the major concern is service. Now this is a daily use Appliances and once you get it you are dependant on it. Now tye problem come when it breaks down. If it breaks down me being from banglore the process to follow is raise a compliant and then get the device picked up for service for this we have to pack this properly and the courier partner will pick it up. The transit time is about a week or more and packing this device is a cumbersome process as well. So ideally of it breakdown you have find Alternate for at least 2 weeks. I had high expectations from Dreame Robot Vacuum, but this has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The product worked fine for about 6–7 months, and then all sorts of issues started — it stopped vacuuming properly, made a lot of noise, and eventually just stopped working altogether.The real nightmare began when I tried raising a service request. It took almost 2–3 months just to get a proper response. By the time they finally replied, they conveniently declared my product “out of warranty” so I’d have to pay for everything. On top of that, they expect you to pack the product yourself, go to a shop to print the docket ID, and paste it before pickup — like it’s your job to manage their logistics!And speaking of logistics — it’s terrible. The delivery person often calls just to cancel the pickup saying you didn’t respond. Even if it somehow gets picked up, your product will take another month to reach the service center, going in circles for weeks. After all that, they’ll ask you to pay for courier charges, servicing, and even spare parts.The worst part? When you finally get your vacuum back after all this hassle, it comes with new damages caused by their own team.A complete disaster from product quality to customer service. If you value your time, money, and sanity — stay far away from Dreame Robot Vacuum.

I liked the cleaning robot for it's functions and affordablility. It's does the function it's built for. Make sure to not put any cloth footmat that has threads worn out. Keep the floor clear of obstacles for easy clean & mopping.It's noisy when the highest level of suction capacity is chosen otherwise it's normal.Initially don't put it to cleaning, do the fast mapping of the house and then start the cleaning instructions.One can map the floor with virtual wall, no-go zone and no mopping zone as well.Very nice product, for it.By the way my review is for dreame D10s plus robot that has auto emptying option once the cleaning is done. The auto empty is only for dust. Depending on what level of mopping we choose, we have to manually fill the water and clean the mopping cloth.

I like the robot for the easiness of cleaning. It has good suction power and cleans very well. What is not so good is the mopping. That feature is not very well implemented in this robot. Is just a piece of wet cloth that is being dragged along. It wets and dries unevenly and as such does not mop well.For the vacuum I am pleased with it. Minus that it has only 1 bristle brush but that is still ok.I do recommend this robot to anyone interested looking for one.
