Zero rating, RO is not working after installation and after replacement no person came for installation and after so much phone call and follow up they don't come. Also no penalty by Amazon on seller. I have paid 600 rs to installation person but didn't not help. My money got wasted. Do not buy this product and never trust seller, buy only if free installation and warranty is there otherwise do not buy. Very very very bad seller and also Amazon is not helping.

I got this purifier after a lot of searching—both online and with local vendors.Writing this review after using it for 2 months now.1. The purifier's quality is pretty good.2. The UV seems to work well—I noticed mosquitoes get attracted to it when it's on at night, especially when there's no sunlight (natural UV).3. The total cost, including installation and a metal stand, came to around ₹6,100. Local vendors were selling the same for ₹10,000 with no negotiation. I checked with quite a few, so I ended up saving around ₹4,000.4. I didn’t face any issues with installation. I saw some comments mentioning delays, but I called the number provided before ordering, and they responded within a day or two. The installation happened on the same day the purifier was delivered.

I’ve been using this water purifier for a 6months, and it’s working in great condition.
