Pace Medium Picante Sauce, 16 oz Jar

It's hot but not excessively so, although one person would have preferred it slightly milder. I added a little fresh cream to her meal.

Some of my fondest memories of eating out for dinner include sitting with a basket of freshly made tortilla chips sharing a bowl of spicy salsa with my husband. Unfortunately now that costs way too much to go out to dinner so having dinner at home is a good option. This salsa tastes like the real deal even though it is called picante sauce. You can dip chips or shrimp in it or serve it over eggs in the morning or have it with a tortilla and some melted cheese. We find ways to enjoy this and the possibilities are endless. I like this more than the mild picante sauce. A little spice is nice! ~The Rebecca Review

A perfect salsa

This is actually good salsa and it’s priced correct

Love the sauce, but bought the package of 5 and got 4 intact. The other was on the inside of the package spread out amongst the other boxes. Good thing I don't mind the smell of salsa. The cardboard absorbed most of the juice, just had glass and the rest to clean up. Bought from Amazon and was sent by Amazon. Apparently, those robots don't know how to package glass safely.

I liked the taste of Pace picante better than their salsa. So now I only buy picante for chips. It serves my need for not having chopped vegetables in the sauce. I prefer the smoothe texture .
