Shipped fast! Two boxes, tracking said one box so I was a little worried. Boxes are a little awkward and fairly heavy. Overall, love this couch! Took me a couple hours to set it up by myself. It is reversible! But to switch sides you need to switch the brackets on the chaise back bracket labeled “P” in the directions. It does state this in the directions on page 16 on how to do this. I purchased the right hand lounger and it came with the pieces on the correct side so I didn’t have to swap them. This is a firmer couch, which is what I wanted. It is a very soft and nice fabric. It does sit lower to the ground and the back rest is pretty low, but it shows the measurements in the photos of the listing, so be aware of that if you don’t like lower couches. The measurements in the listing are accurate! The storage compartment is amazing and is spring loaded so once you pull on it, it pops open. Very easy to close as well. The cushions have a faint smell, I’d describe it as a light Elmer’s glue smell?? It’s very faint, not surprised tho, memory foam usually smells strange at first. Once it airs out, I’m sure it will go away. I tossed the cushion overs in the dryer for a few min to get rid of the wrinkles. I’d recommend that before putting them on. Overall, super happy with this couch! I’m gonna give it 24 hours before sitting on it, so it expands fully. It’s only been a few hours and it’s looks pretty full now. Love it!!

I've been using this sofa for a few months and it's incredibly bad. Each cushion doesn't stay in place and I have to stand up and readjust it every 30 minutes. The gaps between cushions are so huge that you can fall into the gap while sitting on it. The charging port was faulty the day we it was delivered. The filling of the back rest is of such poor quality that I have to keep flipping it every day but still it feels off. I'm deeply frustrated with such bad quality.

The cushions on the couch stay pretty solid, but after a while you are kind of forced to sit in the cracks of the cushions. So only the edges of each cushion are getting regular wear. Value-wise, it's doing the job. I like the storage, but it's not the coziest of couches.

I was so nervous to buy this couch but decided to take the chance and it was so worth it. So easy to put together, such good quality and looks amazing!! Can’t be happier about this purchase

Shipping was super fast, and the it came in two boxes. Directions are very direct without writing and not in much order, but overall if you have common sense it’s super easy to put together! This has a very comfy, firm but bouncy feel when sitting. However I do wish the back was a bit higher, it does have a rather short back area. Overall I’m very happy with this, glad I chose this from all the others. The fabric is soft but not too soft and everything will come off nice to be washed.

Had for about a month now and love it! Supper comfy, the charging port is super convenient and wasn’t too hard to put together. I switch the side the chaise was on so that made it a little more difficult but instructions are clear. Would recommend

The product details and customer support assured me that I could schedule the delivery and have it assembled inside my apartment. They said I would get a call and could pick what day and time it would arrive. I called the company and support 3 more times after it shipped to try and schedule and no one helped. It was delivered without me approving it. I only bought this one because it was going to be brought in and I couldn’t carry it inside on my own. I finally had to ask someone to help me bring it inside. Assembly is fine even though they said it would be assembled for me. It has a lower back so if you’re tall, it might not be comfortable.A couple of months later the fabric is pilling and it looks terrible

Loveee this sectional. Really wish it had option for 4 seater. Overall it look high end ,color is perfect! the cushions are sturdy but comfortable and fabric is soft to touch. P.s not the best for cats they will scratch at it.
