Super easy and tasty.
So far so good. This is our first automatic bread maker and our first loaf of bread. It seems perfect enough, but themes, a little dense and heavy. So we will work on different recipes and see how that turns out. There's first loaf with the basic bread recipe from the cookbook that came with it. Super easy and so far very tasty. This , by the way , was the medium sized loaf. Other brands talked about the machine walking across the counter top while kneading but this bread maker did not move at all.

Great machine!
I paid $370 for a a different bread machine here a couple of years ago, that cooks the bottom too hard, has only one element on the bottom and browns 1/2 of the top of the loaf, more than the other half. And I could never get a loaf to rise good in it. It would always just reach up to the top of the pan and most of the time the loafs came out with splits all over them. This machine is elite in comparison. It has 2 elements that are on the side of the PAN. It heats the loaf evenly and beautifully all the way around. It has a nice tall PAN in it. So you get beautiful loaf every time, and when I couldn't hear the beeping sound I contacted the company and they were always in contact with me¹ but I did figure out on my own what the problem was. This bread machine is worth every penny. My advice is to get one of the cookbooks that are made specifically for this machine. There are so many beautiful recipes in them. Oh, and I would keep track of the time. And during the last rise, I shape the loaf myself, they don't come out real good if you don't. Bu all in all, I am very impressed with this machine. I doubt I'll ever make a three pound loaf of bread , but it's nice to have that extra space.

So far the best bread maker I've owned
I upgraded from an older 2lb loaf maker to this 3.3lb maker. I find that making a 2.5 lb loaf in this maker is perfect. The mixing padels are thinner and don't cause much damage. The load pulls out nicely. The time delay on this unit is great, you set what time you want it "done" and it calculates the time. I like to have my bread finish as I wake up. The automatic dispenser works well. It's quiet and evenly baked bread every time. Would totally recommend this maker. The screen has a lock feature and a power outage process saver up to 5ish minutes, it'll remember where it left off. Came with an oven mit and manual with receipts. The double wall viewing allows you see the loaf at any stage.

Pan size 5x5x8 1/2 horizontal
My first loaf of white bread 2.2 lbs on light crust. Came out verry nice, little bit light on top but not too bad, mixed verry well no left over flour or unmixed flower on the bottom of bread. Bread crumb was excellent, light and spongy, crust was thin and tasty. Don't know if it will bake a 3.3 lb loaf of white bread without touching the lid, but other breads that are denser will probably work. But still 2.2 lbs is a large size 5 x5 by 8 1/2 Pros Large horizontal Pan 5x5x8.5 interior size 2 paddles (really mixed ingredients) Powerful motor 850w Large viewing window 3x6 (really like this feature) Scrolling display that you tell you what function it is doing (mix, rest, kneeding, baking) Ceramic pan ( bread slid right out, verry little mess left in pan) Nut/fruit mixer is nice to have Cons Loud noise when despenser is activated, even when despenser is not in machine, scared me I thought something was wrong with the machine. Only lasts a few seconds, so not really to bad Not many functions only 15 ( I'm spoiled my other has 29) does not have a quick bread function for baking powder/soda bread Manual is basic verry few recipes Dial seams like a unnecessary feature could have just had a pluss and minus button. Cost. 199 is not a bad price for features (horizontal 2 paddle ceramic pan, duel heating element, 850w motor fruit dispenser, large capacity) but it was to much for me as a casual baker. But it was on lightning deal for 150 ish dollars, but at 200 it is still a good deal if you bake alot Overall Would I recommend, yes, but only if you want large size loafs, and don't mind missing a few functions The fruit despenser opens before the last kneeding, which is OK for fruit inside the loaf, but I wish there was a option to open after the last rise so it would put nuts on the top of the loaf. This is my third bread maker i tried, first was a walmart artisan, which made terrible bread, tasted all gummy and motor was to week to mix, under cooked with hard burnt crust, and always left unmixed flour at the bottom of bread. Next was the kitchenarm 29 in 1, makes a good bread most of the time, only 550w motor which is OK for small pan, has a great manual and seperate recipe book, excellent customer service, and I was pretty happy with it. I would recommend this to anyone wo wants a cheaper unit with excellent features. Until I tried a friend's bread made with a horizontal bread maker ( starts with a z and is almost $400), and is so much better. I think it is a combination of more powerful motor to mix, and the horizontal pan allows dough to stretch out and rise without all the weight of the dough pressing down.

I Do Not Recommend This Machine. Junk.
I am really disappointed in this machine. First of all, there is a huge dent in the lower side, corner and front panel on the left side. It was a known issue in the factory, but they sent it out to unwitting customers anyway. Boxes and packaging was not damaged, so I was really upset that I purchased a brand new machine that arrived in such poor condition. And of course, I hadn't opened the box until the short window for returns of damaged goods was over (only 30 days!) So, I'm stuck with this clunker. Besides the damage to the outside, there are other issues that make this a really bad purchase. The nut/fruit "automatic" dispenser doesn't work well at all. Sure, it dispenses the additions in the last mixing stage, but the dough does not mix the seeds/nuts/fruit in , everything falls to the bottom and sides of the pan. You actually need to pause the mixing process (my pause button does not work) and mix it in by hand, then put it back in the machine and resume the process. and the dang "buttons" are not intuitive at all. I have to keep looking at the instruction book to know what the "buttons" are for, because there is no text to tell you, only a stupid symbol that has nothing to do with the bread making process. For instance, instead of placing the words "Crust Color", "Loaf Size", "Type of Bread", there is no text at all next to the button. Sigh, I really miss my early 90's Hamilton Beach Bread Machine. I wore it out, but wanted the long loaf size, not a square loaf shape and there is not many machines out there that have that. In addition to the above issues, the outside of the machine gets VERY HOT!! The bread pan is really hard to press down into the machine, and really hard to get out. It shouldn't be that hard. I made the 3 different sizes, and if you don't make the largest loaf size, you don't get a nicely shaped loaf. The smaller loaf size doesn't fill the bread pan, so you get sort of an egg shaped loaf, larger at on end and tapering down, only about 2/3 of the pan had the loaf touching the sides. The medium sized loaf will rise to fill the pan, but the top isn't very smooth. So, I'd recommend that if you want to use this machine, you'll need to remove the dough when it beeps after the last mixing stage, shape it into an actual loaf shape, then put it back in the machine to rise and bake. If mixing in nuts, seeds or fruit, I'd suggest mixing it in by hand instead of letting the machine make a mess out of it, or put it in the dough at the beginning with all of your other ingredients. The bread tastes good, I made a basic white, a whole wheat with nuts and seeds, and a white bread with Asiago Cheese and Roasted Garlic. All yummy, but ugly loaves except for the basic white bread.

Great, user friendly bread maker
I really like this bread maker! After 8 years, we needed to replace our old machine, which we used about five days a week. As our family is growing, we were looking for a larger unit, and this one has been perfect so far. It’s easy to use, runs quietly, and makes consistently great bread. One thing to note: the recipe manual calls for a lot of oil, butter, and sugar. I use about one-third of what the booklet recommends, and I still get excellent results, so don’t be afraid to adjust to your preferences. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and hope this machine will last a long time!

Wonderful Bread machine!!!
I really love this bread machine! My bread is somehow fluffier and tastes better than any machine I’ve had in the past! I didn’t know there could be such a large difference in machines!!! I love the ceramic. It’s soft and easy to clean. I have to push down on the pan bottom to get it to lock in, therefore, I have to lock in the pan before I put the ingredients in. This was an adjustment I had to get used to. But I couldn’t be happier with my Neretva 3lb bread machine! Thank for making a great product!!!

Nice but needs improvement
Nice but needs improvement. Bread pan is very difficult to insert securely. Needs to be pushed very hard to snap in place after several attempts. Top of bread does not brown. Kneading is done poorly even though has 2 paddles. Dough seems to divide into 2 pieces while kneading instead of together. Made first loaf from recipe in book that came with machine to test machine. Bread came out terrible -- did not kneed well, top was unbrowned, bread was very tacky. I do not recommend this machine at all. Have had several over the years but this one is a total disappointment.

So far so good!
Very user friendly and the quality of the bread is excellent. Cleanup is easy and I've had no issues so far. I've only had it 1 week and made 4 loaves of bread. I love experimenting with different recipes. I'll revise my review after 3 months of using the machine.

Calidad, precio perfecta.
He tenido varias panificadoras. Y ésta me encanta, lo tiene todo, no le falta nada, bueno sí, la luz para ver lo de dentro cuando está en marcha. Además físicamente es preciosa. Acero inoxidable y cubeta de cerámica.
