Emeril Lagasse Men's Cooper Pro EVA Food Service Shoe

Honestly, these are just all around great shoes for anyone working in any field, minus maybe heavy construction. Theyre durable, theyre easy clean, theyre comfy, and for someone whos flat footed like me, theyre not a pain on the non-existent arches.

Arrived sooner than expected. Which turned out excellent.

Good enough for me

These are slightly in the narrow side so wide feet may fell squished but the elastic compensates & that feeling is relaxed the long you were it but you're not gonna be able to wear thicker socks.Also, the 1st 2-3 days did seem a bit slippy working on a vinyl tile floor in a pizza shop but I seem to have worn in the sole as I'm not feeling that anymore.So overall, not the best right out of the box, but after an adjustment period my feet don't feel as sore at the end of a long day of constant standing & moving around a kitchen.

You would think being Emeril Lagasse these would be the best restaurant shies ever made but they are probably the worst I've ever bought in my 25 year career. There is zero cushion to insole, in less than a month the tread has worn off, after three or four hours you foot feels like it's crunched into a hot leather box with no give, the slip resistant sole is very slippery. No I would not recommend them and no they are definitely not worth the money. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

In a twist of irony, I'm going to tell you that these medieval torture devices are made petty well. They have all of the things they advertise and that you want in a work shoe,from a cushy soule, to waterproof and nonslip. But it's all undone in a way that is unforgivable once you get your foot in the shoeWhen the mouth opens, they include these stretchy elastic pieces to make them easier to put on which soundslike a good idea. But to do that creates more material on the inside of the shoe to hold it together. And mine rubbed, right on one particula spot on both of my feet right around each ankle. Inside ankle on the left foot, outside ankle on the right foot. To the point where after two uses since purchasing them, a mere 14 work hours, it destroyed my foot. Pictured are the areas that actually became wounded. Other areas just sore.I tried stuffing the shoes with paper towels to create separation which worked briefly until it didn't anymore. And even then, it just started running on different areas along the top of my foot where the mouth opens. I understand there are times when you need to break in a shoe but this ain't that. And I can't imagine at any point this is going to get more comfortable. But it's unbearable now.I tried to wear them for today's shift, even with bandages over the injured areas but it became immediately clear this was not going to work. I put on my old shoes these were supposed to replace and am returning them immediately and now I still have to find a new shoe.

Seemed like a good quality but sizing is wrong somehow

Run big so got blisters from the slipping off my feet. The top of the shoe also rubs uncomfortably above the ankle bone.

I purchased them for work. When I got them they both say size 11 so I tried on the right foot which seems ok, so I put them back in the box as back up because my other work shoes were near there end. When I was ready to use them a few months later I realize that one shoe was bigger than the other and didn’t fit even though they both say size 11 on the inside

Wider and shorter than most 13s it was not very snug on my foot, great grip though.
