This was a replacement of the original fitbit. The first one had a problem with the band staying attached. We called and they immediately replaced the fitbit. Very happy with the seller who took care of the problem

I like the app and we have had no issues with out step tracker. Love it.

buyer beware! google wrecked fitbit!
fitbit was bought by google so the app no longer has challenges / competitions/ bingo . they also use to have solo scenic walks that had 5k steps to 60k steps! There are no more friends or chatting as a community, it is terrible. I went to the website to complain and fitbit (google) states you can go to another app and pay to do those challenges, what a rip off! Also, I switch from my wrist to my ankle to workout, you have to click of one band and change to another. my brother also does this and his broke after a year, so I bet mine will too. the functions are good, but it is a shell of what it use to be, without the challengers and the community, it is just like the apple watch or the Samsung watch... in short a waste of money. I suggest you use something else. anything bill gates touches turns to crap!

Almost lost in the wind
This item is very light weight, and should have been placed between the doors. it blew into the neighbors yard. No photo was sent to email. Any longer we would not have blown away. Small, lightweight items should be secured.it was windy.

This was a replacement for a Fitbit Charge 4. Items arrived a day before estimate.

I’m so disappointed
This was my third Fitbit and the devices don’t work as promised. The tracking is incorrect by inflating the steps. I focused on counting my own steps from walking downstairs and out to the car. The step counter is way off. Almost doubled the actual number of steps. I’m soooo disappointed.
