Hair grew and was lustrous👍…controlled hot lashes👍….lost 10 pounds without trying 👍…AWFUL PAINFUL LARGE ACNE BUMPS on face👎! I have used other amla capsule supplements without the acne so it may be the pressed tablet. Idk but the acne was terrible.
