So far so good
So far I love our keyless lock set, it looks nice and very functional. It has mobile app features that allow you to lock and unlock your door by the click of a button and displays on your app if your door is locked or unlocked. I love it. They did a great job making this as well as there is a key set up just in case of wifi is ever down. My husband and I are satisfied customers.

Works most of the time
On occasion when you select lock it starts making a crazy beeping sound outside of the normal sound. Usually I just reopen the door and remove a battery then good for another month or two.Key faub is awesome as well is the app. Note this isn’t your normal lock assembly, it takes time to install.

Beautiful Door Lock
I really love this front door lock set, including that there are several options for locking/unlocking it. The finish is lovely. Here is my problem: My door has the older mortise type lock and I have not been able to find any one to install the new lock. It is now too late to return it (and I don't want to anyway) so if someone knows what to do, please advise! I will write a new review once the lock is installed.

This particular one has been my favorite
I have used electronic front door locks for years, and this is my third brand and style. You can either use a code, your phone, the fobs that are provided, or a fingerprint. Super easy.

Item won’t work parts missing don’t buy this product
Push button for outside door latch very hard to push instructions very hard to understand . This product is a piece of junk do not buy because it won’t work . Description is not what you get parts missing screws missing latch were hard to make work believe you need to get your act together before selling any more!!!!!!!!!'!!!!!

Good product!
It's really good product after setting up with finger prints and fobs!But it's a little bit tricky to install for screwing. I have to drill more firmly.Thanks.

Great product
Only issue is that the inside handle has to be pulled up to open door. You need to get used to it
