Great product
We bought 2 of these at the same time for feral cats. We put one together and it was very well built, easy to put together and have had rain and it is waterproof. The other one was not as well made and some of the pieces not painted. It was more wonky to put together and in that rain, it leaked.

Nice for the price tag of $80 USD
Overall, I am pleased with this purchase. For the price of $80 USD, the size and construction are good. However, there are some things that I did not like and will be working on ‘fixing’.Time to build was about 1 hour with 2 people. It would have been harder as a single person to put together. Some of the time was spent attempting to figure out why certain holes were predrilled, and others were not, if we wanted to do the assembly as the handout wanted. Additionally, that time included taking pictures, tossing cats out of the project assembly area, etc. We also used a power screwdriver after finding some of the holes were not predrilled. This also helped with tightening up some of the pieces to limit the very minor gapping that occurred when just using a manual screwdriver. The images include unpacking, the package came in good condition, however at least a couple pieces had flaws in the construction, primarily due to wood issues such as knots. I have highlighted anything of note in the images. The little sunshade roof over the entrance was not stable as directed to be installed. Only 2 screws to hold it in place would have resulted in this element breaking off with the first 10-pound cat jump on or off it. We added 2 additional screws (as pictured) to stabilize this piece.Additionally, the bottom section is just ‘laying’ on the rails, we used two screws to tack this element down to reduce the chance of it being ‘pushed’ up from beneath. The overhang on the roof is limited and the extent of the weather proofing is a concern if your area has strong winds or rain this might cause an issue. Our plan is to add weather stripping to help with air flow/water flow. We plan to add some additional caulking to increase the weather proofing of the item.Lastly, we did not install the ‘porch’ piece or ramp because this seemed unnecessary and poorly constructed.

My Feral friend LOVES his new home
After just a couple days of hesitation, between a new home, in a slightly different area of yard, he has decided it’s a perfect home.My son did need to add a handful of more screws in certain spots (you will see where you might need more). It went together pretty well, he didn’t like that the corners have gaps etc. from a contractors point of view, only clean neat corners will do. But snow cat is happy, I’m happy, and if we need to caulk the seems we will. I’m still very happy with the structure and will recommend if anyone asks

Nice, large, but gaps
I love how big this is with the style but when putting it together I find that it’s not very air tight. Not worth the price honestly. The insulation at the bottom doesn’t cover the entire bottom. The roofing doesn’t sit flush on top, so there’s, gaps there. This would be more of a summer home versus a winter. The second escape does not sit flush at all no matter how you set it.I do like the home but not for the warmth.

Fienveorn 2 story outdoor insulated cat house
Great size - definitely big enough for 1-2 cats to fit comfortably. I bought this for a feral cat I have been feeding for 2 years in my backyard so he has somewhere to go when it’s snowing - hopefully he uses it! I only just put it together today so we will see if he uses it; I bought straw and self heating blankets to go in it. I would give it 5 stars if the top floor was a little wider as right now it’s definitely not even half the size of the bottom floor and also caulk the eave overhang over the first floor door definitely will not stop water from coming in behind it where it’s screwed in, but I plan to caulk it in with some waterproof caulking tomorrow. Otherwise, it’s well built and I do think retain heat well and I don’t think the wind will be felt from inside. It does have a huge balcony on the second floor, that’s covered, and there are 3 doors (2 doors + am escape door), which was a huge bonus and reason that I bought this house. It took my husband and I about an hour and a half to put it together. Some holes didn’t line up perfectly, but it didn’t cause any problems. We are expecting a big snowstorm on Tuesday so I will know better after how weatherproof and waterproof it is. Love the feeding station around the bottom and the good size doors and square footage of the bottom floor! And it’s raise a good 4 inches off the ground. Definitely worth the money from what I can tell (so far), but I’ll leave an updated revorw after I see how it holds up against our Massachusetts winter weather!

Great Cat House
My cat loves to hang out in the yard, but we stopped him from being able to access under our shed. I wanted him to still be protected from the weather if needed, so we got him this little house. I love that it can be moved for when we mow the lawn. It is very sturdy and stylish and was easy to assemble with clear instructions.

Does not hold up as outdoor hutch
This is advertising as an outdoor structure for small animals. It is not outdoor or even weather resistant. We had one spring rain-Before we got our pet and the ramp Fell of form wood warp, the porch bent so much the first time our 4 pound rabbit got on it the wood cracked. The side wood door had shingles falling off of it before an animal even touched its Just the staples and would were so poorly put to together the wood couldn’t hold up after one rain. The side wood door after I repaired it bounces with any movement and doesn’t stay closed well. Then 2 days after we got our rabbit I opened the lid to check on him and the white edging fell off and I had to screw it back in but now it won’t stay in place. It looks stylish but it’s very Flimsy and so hard to repair because the wood is so flimsy. I’m asking for a replacement to be sent because that’s how many parts need to be fixed. We will see if they send me a replacement. It’s only for 1 rabbit in my yard. Not anything heavy duty. Beware if you need it for outside or I would suggest adding a weather protectant to the wood.
