BaeBlu Organic LUX Liquid Foundation SAMPLES, Butter, Vanilla, Cream

I gave 1 star for the natural ingredients. But this foundation just doesn’t work for me and that’s probably because I have complex skin issues. My skin is extremely dry around the cheeks, chin and forehead, but oily around the nose. I also have horrible hormonal acne around my chins and cheeks. I’m using Tazorac (strongest retinol) for my hormonal acne, so my skin is dry, flaky, red and irritated. This foundation does not blend at all and it’s very drying, it enhances my dry patches, pores and skin flakes. The overall finished is very streaky and matte. The coverage is very poor. My skin looks lifeless and dead, the finish is very off putting. It has a vanilla smell that’s not too overpowering but I’m not a fan of it. This foundation is great if you have smooth skin that’s normal, combination or oily. However, if you have lots of skin flaws and dry skin like me, stay away from this foundation!!

I had a hard time opening the tiny containers the make comes in, by the time I finally got one opened it spilled all over. What a mess. The make seems nice, but please think of an easier way to open these containers.

I am 35, combo, acne prone skin.I used primer before applying. The primer is flawless and has never caused any issues for my skin. After applying Vanilla Baeblue lux foundation it felt creamy, easy to apply. Immediately the foundation set DEEP into every line and wiped off of blemishes. Blemishes v were very visible, the foundation felt dewy/tacky and would not stay put even with crate translucent blurring powder. Made me look old and blotchy.

Since my favorite foundation is no longer available, I went on a search to find a new favorite. I was hoping that BaeBlu Organic Foundation would be "the one" after reading all of the good reviews, but after trying one of the nice generous sized samples that I received from BaeBlu I am sad to say that something in the ingredients caused my face to break out. I think it's the shea butter since I had the same reaction after trying Pur Minerals Pressed Mineral Foundation quite a few years ago, but I still wanted to give BaeBlu a try. So, my search for a good-for-your-skin foundation continues.THE POSITIVE AND THE NEGATIVEBaeBlu Organic Foundation is not greasy, goes on nicely, and leaves a nice healthy glow, but it seemed drying to my skin and accentuated my smile lines much more than the other foundations that I have used. It really didn't give me good coverage and I normally use a foundation with sheer to medium coverage. I found that it did not last for the whole day either.When wearing the mask that we are now required to wear when in public settings, I noticed that BaeBlu rubbed off after taking off my mask, whereas the other foundations that I wear stay put and do not wear or rub off. I gave BaeBlu a second chance today by applying moisturizer as well as a primer, but I had the same disappointing results.I posted the pictures of the three samples that I received with the hope of helping some of you who are trying to decide what color to choose. The Vanilla is the lightest of the three colors, the Hazelnut is a little darker, and the Cream I found to be the darkest of the three. I am glad that this foundation has worked for many of you, but, sadly, it did not work for me. =(

So happy to be able to try before I buy. I am a blonde and I am slightly taned and latte worked for me. The honey seemed like it would be more for again skin by the way. I’m not in love with the foundation. It does show my a little instead of smoothing everything out but it is the best natural foundation I have tried so far

These samples are a perfect size to check which color(s) work best without spending tons of money or returning products. As cameras show colirs a bit differently, I bought testers for the lightest 9 shades. So far the seller's pictures look a shade darker than actual. I'll comment on the product itself once I have a chance to try them.

I love the fact that this Is an organic foundation. I have tried so many but this is the first that I have found to be sheer enough to not have a make up look and yet is thick enough for complete coverage. I have a medium fair complexion and tried the sample size first and found the darkest one best for my coloring. I was surprised because it looks so dark in the packaging but not on my skin.

I bought the trial to see how it work but ended put them in the trash. Some of the sample smells and not good, like you sweat a little. disappointment totally as I'm looking for a natural make up product.
