Love performance of performance lift away! Well packaged by the Woot company. If you are on the fence about buying , just do it. Well built. Some people might find it heavy but not for me. Best performance comparable to dyson suction in my opinion. Strong suction that you can lower for throw rugs or drapes. Works great on my wool rugs. Cons, model only fits halfway under sofa because of lift off canister, that is it , much more pros! Shark steamer looks so nice and it great condition, haven’t used it yet but I will. This vacuum and even the steamer is made to last and sturdy. Everything was packaged so nicely. Looks brand new, have to look closely to see it is renewed, hard to tell. And even if it was scratched, this one is NOT, and so what if it was,because it is a renewed product and such a fantastic value!!!It looks brand new and well taken care of and vacuum sucks like it is brand new.At the end of the day, you end up with more money in your pocket and an excellent or good condition product and a free shark steamer.Can’t wait to use my new steamer next!

This was a really good price. I'm still not sure if I like the duo clean vs. the old roller type brushes. I have a rottweiler and they shed a lot! In my old one and bissel in between, I would get huge canisters of hair. I still get a lot, but it just seems less than the others. However, I can tell this is a true hepa filter because it doesn't let out any dust at all; I'm wondering if it's that the spinning action in the others puffed up the hair more. The carpet seems clean and soft when I'm done, so I think it's working. I would say I have to go a little slower to make it as effective as the normal roller type and the dirt cup is on the small side. It is quiet, has a good long cord, and all the great attachments to make cleaning everything easy. The steam mop is ok, not quite as easy to use as some I've had.

I was reluctant to purchase this product. However, I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my purchase. The vacuum performed excellently and I honestly could not believe it was refurbished.All was going well until August 12, 2024. While vacuuming, the unit just started making a louder than normal noise, it sounded like a car motor. The suction vastly decreased and now it only stays on for 10 minutes at time before shutting off from overheating.I thought I had purchased insurance, alas I did not and the 90-day guarantee ended on August 10, 2024 -- my purchase was made on May 10, 2024. That's so cray and wrong, smh!Ultimately, I have learned my lesson and will always get additional insurance if I ever make another refurbished product.

This was the best purchase! We could not be more pleased, the vacuum looks brand new and performs like the workhorse it’s meant to be! So many great features that help with allergens and pet hair! The steam mop is simple and easy to use and is just great! We are so pleased with this purchase and it was easy on our checkbook! This is an awesome seller with great products! Don’t be hesitant to purchase from this seller!

The vacuum had scratches on the front and a dirty filter that I didn’t expect. I replaced the filter and it works well. Just a little disappointed with the scratches. But a good vacuum with good suction.

Missing pieces. Shark products are excellent but i tried a remanufactured one.

Squawking and screeching with the felt roller failing to turn.I thought I loved the machine attachment for the stairs, the swivel feature and the lift away feature but I didn't use it even 6 or 8 times before it failed.
