If installed correctly is a very sturdy support unit. It takes a while to get it done right but if you follow the directions and take your time, it’s a great unit!

It has been a great help after my ankle fusion 4 months ago. They are strong and it’s easy to put together.

bought this for my wife after a stroke left her with mobility issues. This unit is very solid and has zero flex/movement. The handles swing up and out of the way for easy use in sitting. She feels very comfortable and confident using this unit.

Unit is very sturdy even without using the two anchor bolts/screw holes in the bottom feet. It tightens up snugly around the base of the toile. My mother in law loves it and really makes her daily activities safer for her to do on her own. Would highly recommend this product.

Paid more for 520 lb. capacity, but it is exactly the same as the 260 lb. model a friend bought.It had a brown material on several pieces, rust or poop or something that would not clean off.Maybe this was a used one???Did not state in description that it had to be anchored to the floor to have any stability. Just slips without the floor attachment.

Returned it because my husband didn't want it. Needs it but refused to use it. Old people get that way. It was steady exactly as described. Easy to set up. I'll be getting it again when its REQUIRED. .

I like the product. But, unsafe to use with the missing screw. Please send a screw. Only one screw is attach holding the arm rest, second one is missing.Thank you in advance.

My only negative remark: printed instructions should be bolder and darker (even larger). I have mechanical background and found it very easy to assemble. This piece of equipment is easily assembled and very sturdy. I was impressed with its construction; it is very hefty. Worth every penny. Design wise, I liked how the bar was across the front , not behind the raised toilet cover,making it easier to move out to clean floor and toilet! All three sections are in great condition -- no marks, scratches,or dents, and no missing parts.
