Depending on the shirt they stay in place firmly or they slide down. I'm plus size and fit well, can imagine would also fit well on someone smaller also.

I have a few shirts that I like to tuck in but would like them slightly lower then the waste band of my skirt or pants. These work great for that. They fit well and aren't uncomfortable. I like that you get to shades to wear under various things.

I'm always tucking in my shirt so I thought these would be a good solution but they are kind of bulking and don't work on everything I wanted. They are comfortable to wear, easy to use and seem quality made. Just wish they would have been more versatile.

These bands can serve more than one purpose. They work fine as a way to tuck up shirts, but they really are just elastic belts. Which is fine, since they make a useful, low-profile way to hold up your pants if you are wearing a shirt out over them. Or, you may decide they are attractive enough to be seen as a belt, but I probably wouldn’t. My concern is the metal hook, since it is likely to set off a metal detector going into an airport, stadium or other venue. I’d rather not have to explain this to a security guard. If the hooks were plastic it wouldn’t be a problem.
