Timer is meh but the roller itself is awesome. Very easy to put together. Stores easily, and easy to use.

This product isn’t good. It hurts my abs just with a 5minute workout and holding in the gut muscles while using it man it hurts my ab muscles so much. Yes, this does work and I like it. I wish the pad they provided was a little thicker for people who have knee pain but overall it is a great product and would highly recommend this one if you are interested in working on your abs. It was easy to put together and the product works and was a great price!

Easy to use, it comes with a thin knee pad, it’s sturdy and durable, the handle grips make it easier to use, the wheel rolls smoothly, the elbow area is decent, overall it is a great product and you don’t fall on your face!

Only for women and short men if you are 6 ft or taller this will be super uncomfortable and it hurts your forearms because your elbows do not rest where they are supposed to. But if you're shorter, your elbows will probably actually be on the pads and the knee pad is worthless. Needless to say, I did about 60 of these and felt nothing in my midsection. My arms just hurt from them resting on the pads weird.

Great product! Easy assembly and stability while using it, would recommend it to anyone!

The photo for this product is a bit deceiving. I bought the ab roller because it’s shown on what appears to be a long and narrow carpet-protecting pad. I wAs disappointed to discover that there was no pad included, so returned it. Thank you, Amazon, for making the process easy. And shame on the product company for the misleading photo.
