My doctor had recommended me to take this supplement for the arthritis pain in my hands. I first started to massage Frankincense (Boswellia) essential oil on my hands at night. I wasn't noticing much of a difference. I decided to try this. I try to buy supplements without fillers. I took a chance on this (since there was no listing) because even if they say "all natural" ingredients, I still do not like what is in some supplements. The ingredients in this is "soft gel capsules (gelatin, glycerin and purified water)." I am taking this for two weeks now and I am pleased with the results. I still have some discomfort, but nothing like before. I can grab a cup without the support of my other hand, hold the steering wheel without changing my hand position, dry my hands on a towel without pain. And the pain in my knee is gone. I really did not know if it was cartilage giving me problems. I have inflammation in my body, surgeries on my neck and back, so I deal with pain. I was put on 10 day prednisone due to a back issue & my whole body felt great. I did not know what kind of pain I live with until that med. So I googled natural alternative to prednisone. I came up with Serrapeptase. It is an enzyme. I say this because there are people who deal with daily pain, inflammation. DO NOT just take it. Search it out, read about it, check it with the meds you are on. Talk to you doctor, especially if he is open to supplements. I am taking it a week, I am giving it a month.

When combined with fermented turmeric it’s a game changer

Easy to swallow. Have pain on one of my big toes due to arthritis. Took one capsule for about 3 weeks with little improvement. Did some reading and started taking 2 a day (morning and evening) and wow, big difference. Is not that the pain went away but is much more tolerable, and not present every day.

This product is different from the bottle I received before. The label on the website says glycerin, and water. The pills were clear gel. This product is red. It contains titanium dioxide, and red dye. False advertising!

These gels are red and have no odor. The previous brand was a light tan capsule and had a very strong and strange odor, but not stinky. These are an oval shape and easy to swallow.

This product does help with lower back pain.

So as a woman periods are everything. These pills helped great with cramps and even how heavy it was. As for helping pain, it helps but you have to take quite a bit a day. Everyone is different so dont take my word but it is worth a try if you dont want a ton of meds in your body. As a plus a lump i have had in my breast is almost gone after using these (not sure if from the pills). I know this plant has been in studies for lumps and swelling so that was the whole reason i bought it. Overall I love it and would buy again

I submitted a review a while back which was great I’ve been taking this for a while and it has been working. I received a bottle today and it was half open the gels seem different the bottle even seemed a little different I was scared to take it I have to return it. And on top of everything else I cannot print the label I can print labels for all other companies but this was ridiculous. Came out very large each time wasted a lot of paper and ink. And of course we can’t get a hold of Amazon. I know there’s a problem with COVID-19 a lot of people are working at home. I can’t find an email address to send them an email. They may be losing a lot of customers because of this unfortunately
