The customer service of this shop is amazing. I got a lovely card with the parcel which included an email address and sent a question which was immediately answered and solved my problem. I even got a courtesy rack so I am really happy! Also, this product is excellent. It fits perfectly into my Instant Pot and I look forward to many healthy meals. Highly recommended!

My only problem with this item is that there are no handles on the inserts. The finger gloves, or what ever they are, are useless as the inserts have a tight fit, and it means touching the food with them. Otherwise very happy!

These are perfect for steaming vegetables, etc. in the Instant Pot. The product description is not totally to be believed as they could not be used to steam rice or cook lasagne as far as I can see. Rice would just fall through the holes. They are quite light. The little mitts are useful too.

Only had this over a month and its going rusty.

These steamer inserts fit my 5 litre pressure king pro perfectly i can cook several items at the same time saving money on electric, the silicon gloves make it easy and safe to remove the inserts.

Could do with folding handles but ok

Product looks cheap and shoddy. Pans had scratch marks . In process of returning for refund

Excellent and really good quality. Am so pleasantly surprised at the value of this great package of essential pressure cooker items. Really happy with the two silicone mitts included and using for oven too. Highly recommend.
