I love this on vegetables!

Truffles are the second ingredient. I would give 10 stars if I could. I often buy this for a hostess gift. Interestingly, I just gave Sabatino Tartufi Whole Black Summer Truffle, 1.4 Ounce, a one star review. I expected more from Sabatino because I love this product.

Umami galore. I add this stuff to almost everything.

If you like garlic flavor this is a great seasoning. I like it but didn’t expect so much garlic.

This is a game changer. I made vegan mushroom "risotto" with orzo. I had black truffle oil and some vegan cream cheese . And it just needed something to lift the flavor this did the job. We use it on so many other things now also. Yum !

I bought 2 of these, one for me and one as a gift! This truffle salt with parsley is so tasty! When you shake the bottle, just the right amount shakes out. I have added it to soups, popcorn, fries, etc. I am very impressed with the flavor and taste!

Fantastic adds taste especially if paired with right food. I for example used it for fried zucchini. Not easy to purchase as gift. Does the person you gift it like truffles?
