Next best thing to sable
The Black silver brush series is my go to brush for my watercolor paintings. They work and feel like sable without the expense of sable. I have been using these brushes for years.

It’s a little soft for brush this big
I love Black silver velvet brushes. There might go to brush for watercolor. However, I think this particular brush is a little soft for its size.

The PERFECT brush for watercolor washes
All my Silver Brush Black Velvet brushes are wonderful. This one is my favorite so far. The squirrel blend hairs gently glide across the paper, creating the best washes I've ever painted. If I had it to do over again, over 80% of my brushes would have been this line. I even have seven insanely expensive Escoda Reserva Kolinsky sable brushes, but I really do like these better.

Sehr zufrieden
Mit diesem Pinsel lässt sich das Aquarellpapier vor dem Malvorgang wunderbar gleichmäßig anfeuchten. Der hohe Preis lässt sich wohl nicht vermeiden.
