This twin pack of black and silver retractable namecard/ key holders is really good value for money.Stylish in appearance and with a colour scheme that would blend in well with my work uniform.This holder has a very responsive stretch and recoil mechanism that was both easy to use and remained its elasticity even after numerous pulls.The holder is extremely light in weight and can be attached to loops on my clothing using the cantilever facility located at the top of the device or simply slipped onto my pocket or waist band using the securely fitted metal clasp.Their is a ring holder and press stud holder located at the bottom of the elastic to attach my work items to.All in all a great item!

I have been using this for a few days now to carry around a USB dongle and it has proven itself up to the task so far.This has both a spring clip for clipping onto a belt and also a carabiner style latch which makes it incredibly easy to latch/remove on a belt loop.The extension and retraction mechanism functions smoothly and there is even a small rubber stopper on the cord to cushion the blow should it snap back quickly.When fully extended there is 63cm of cord.

I use retractable pass/key holders daily, so I ordered these to see if they were any better than those I normally use. The clip and carabiner are nicely built and the main body is well constructed and should certainly endure through the normal bumps and scraps of a normal daily work routine but I would not rate this as heavy duty. It's great to hold your ID card and key bass but as a keyholer I found the limit to be about 3 avarage keys ( see picture 2). The braided line already does not fully retract with just 3 keys and I am not confident that the braided line will survive the ins and outs of the daily routine. it has lasted for 2 weeks so far which was better than I expected but only time will tell how long the braid lasts. So if you need it for light things (passes etc) I would say it is sufficient but for keys or anything with slightly more weight I would look for something with stell cable and a stronger return spring.

Multi-purpose is the word, I use one attached to my work keys so I don't put them down and forget to pick them up, the clip is big enough to easily clip to belt loops and unclip at the end of the day - initially it seems sturdy enough and the spring is certainly strong enough for 3 keys I use, not sure how it would hold up to a larger bunch.The wire is a plastic coated steel wire unlike a lot of others which are just nylon. I tried and despite pulling pretty hard I couldn't break it.

Arrived promptly.Minimal packaging, but safely packaged.Premium quality, strong, and durable.Reputable company offering a great value, very reasonably priced.Would highly recomend, as believe they are better compared to others.

These work pretty much as you'd expect and I haven't had any mechanical issues with them for my work ID.I'm not sure I'd call them "heavy duty", though to be honest I'm not sure at what point what would be valid anyway. They could probably take a few knocks without breaking.
