This turned the skin black on the area I applied the stick, but caused no pain. A few days later I was able to peel off the dead skin and the granuloma got smaller. After 2-3 times the granuloma peeled off and my fingertip has no trace of ever been injured now. Review: Canker Sore solution - I just use this on my canker sore. it hurts the same amount as if you put salt on a canker sore. However, the pain does go away and then you’re just left with dead skin that flakes off over the course of a day~ish. It looks black and then white after using it because it’s killing the tissue.
