Bought for best friend, she's XS and says the XS fit is perfect, loves the evenness of the warmth and quality of craftsmanship, she is in the fabric industry - My experience / part was the excellent above and beyond customer service - I'd paid for 2 day ship which they overnighted in time for Valentines day - awesome!

I honestly can't leave the house without this anymore. It's AMAZING!I figured if I'm gonna dish out cash on a heated vest, I'm going to buy something that is quality and I won't have to replace each year. So happy with my choice!

I got a vest with poor stitching, and so I had one side that had a larger arm “hole” than the other. The battery that was included was very large as well, bigger in size than an iPhone Max model and it was heavy as well, which is not something you’d want when playing golf. Compared to their competitors and size, battery life isn’t particularly outstanding. Moreover, the on/off switch is oddly placed, sticking out from the bottom with no way of hiding it, which I found was quite a bad design. Their customer service was a hit or miss as well. When they did answer, they were nice, but you’d often get ghosted, which I really didn’t appreciate after paying almost $700.Quality wise is mediocre, but more on the positive side. I did like their packaging, and the fact that there was a bypass in the jacket to charge the battery directly without removing it, which I found was very convenient. Also, the size was as described.All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this for someone who is athletic, as it can be quite heavy, especially for golf where you need full ROM. But everyday use, this should be fine however there are better options out there.I will say that I was quite frustrated with this company. I asked before purchasing about their return policy, which I was told was on them 100%, but would be rare. Customer service was great pre-purchase, but once you place the order, and try to return due to a defective product, no answer. (I have screenshots).I expected a prepaid shipping label which they didn’t provide, but I’m so glad I bought this with Amazon, which kindly paid for my return. Buying from 3rd party is too risky when the seller won’t reply.Once again, for $700 you would expect a much better product and service, which I wasn’t seeing here.

Perfect timing for the cold snap on the west coast. My wife loves it for walking the dog, and it'll be perfect for sailing as well, in between cups of tea!
