I find these comfortable. I don't need arch support though. Nice to be able to adjust the height of them and main layer is most comfortable layer..

Height increases to the max
The insoles do their job flawlessly. If you’re looking to add some inches to your height look no further. My only complaint is that they get extremely uncomfortable at times. So make sure you wear them with an extremely comfortable pair of shoes already and they most definitely have to be mid to high tops or your heel will be poking out the top of the shoe.
