Long and deep slots
I found this toaster through Vine reviews after a long time searching to replace my beloved, 20 year old Oster. I think I looked at every toaster on this site, multiple times, and was unwilling to commit to toasters that had so many mixed reviews. The last time I looked this toaster was new, with only Vine reviews. At the time I saw them, all the reviews for this toaster were 5 star and the price was fantastic. I decided to try it because the reviews were great, and I could see that it had very long slots so I could toast artisanal bread, and slots wide enough for bagels and bulky rolls. For my kitchen, controls on one end were the best design and I like having everything in one place. The toaster works well: not perfectly, but not with enough flaws to give it a less than excellent score. You have to fiddle with the settings at first. It seems to be sensitive to the moisture level of the bread: moist bread needs a higher setting (3 in my case), dryer bread takes a 2. I have not tried higher than that, I think it would scorch. The bread mostly toasts evenly now. It did not at first, but the coils seem to have settled down into an even pattern. At first I did get some uneven toasting, untoasted middles and burnt edges, and different results with the same bread at the same setting. But it has settled down now and that stopped happening. The slots are deep, no un-toasted tops. There's a stop button and a timer so if some unique bread needs a bit more time, you can put it in again, actually time it, and pop it up when you think it's done. The bread pops up high and there's a push up lever for higher, no more burnt fingers trying to pull out the toast. It has a nice sleek look. So overall, despite a few idiosyncracies, I gave it a 5 star rating.

Fire hazard.
This toaster was purchased on March 15, 2024. There were some issues with the cages that hold the toaster in the center not closing, otherwise it seemed to work ok.Then on May 17, 2025 while toasting some bread the toaster started sparking, popping, and smoking. Fortunately, we were in the kitchen at the time and were able to unplug it quickly. This toaster is used on average 4-5 times per week. It is in a two person household, it has never been dropped or damaged. As you can see from the images, the red wire that runs underneath a metal sheet with a very sharp edge, had the insulation cut away to the point where the wire was exposed and started sparking. Other wires in the area are shielded, I’m not sure why this wire was not protected also. This would seem to be a significant design flaw.My recommendation is that you avoid this toaster, but if you decide to purchase it, never leave the room while it is turned on and always unplug it when not in use.

Update> Only one side now toasts! Inaccurate / unreliable browning
Several more weeks into it, the toaster has stopped toasting on the inside for both slots. I guess sometime you get what you pay for but I was not wanting to pay $100 for a toaster. Too late to return this brick apparently, so will recycle and look for a better model.Update after 2 weeks, the browning is now consistent but still need to keep the setting down a bit from the pictures in the manual. This will char bread on higher settings-and not be edible to me. So as of now well worth the money. Original review: Nice looking product for the price (I have no idea why there are $100 toasters and also not sure why so few are long enough for more than a standard US grocery loaf, ugh). But the timer/browning control is unreliable the first week of toasting. When I put it on 2 today it was barely toasted and yesterday a 3 almost totally blackened the toast (which should only occur on a setting of 6-7). I'll use it another week and may return for a replacement if the control doesn't improve with some use.

I love this toaster so much!
I really love this toaster- I cannot get over that it gives you a countdown. Amazing! It helps so much! I didn't know what I was missing out on. Now I'm like, remember the days when you had no idea when your toast would be done? Who lives like that!?- Remember when you could only toast the bakery bread one end at a time, so you had to flip it and then the middle would get burnt? Those days are over!! I LOVE that the whole piece of sourdough will fit in one go.- The coils heat evenly, no issue with spottiness, you don't need to have bread in both sides to run it.- It comes with a visual toastiness guide but you may need to experiment with the dial and be prepared to sacrifice some soldiers. I found #2 for thin sliced bread, #3 for thick. If you're making toast in multiple rounds, turn it down for the 2nd since it's already heated it will cook faster. You're a wild one if you ever get to #4+- It has an enthusiastic pop up when it's done.- I like that you can push up and lift it higher to pluck out any smaller bread pieces- It says in the instructions: make sure you don't use this under cabinets, the air above it gets very warm. Very true! It's warm to about 1.5-2 feel above. I have to store it under the cabinet and pull it out to use. The handles on the cabinets above, even with it pulled out, get warm.- It's not scary though - just be careful cause its hot and always unplug after use- No weird buzzing or noises- She's so pretty! Looks great.- My old toaster is still going strong after 20 years and I feel bad retiring it since it works fine, but this one is worth the upgrade. It's worth the price. Would recommend

Stopped working after 7 months
The media could not be loaded. I liked it because of the long slots. I don’t use it often, maybe once a week. It died at 7 months. It doesn’t have power. No lights come on. I moved it to a different area to see if it was a plug issue. It was not. And the nightlight works in the same plug. So it’s dead. I’ll hand it over to my son who likes to take things apart and hunt for the bad wires or burnt boards. See if he can replace or resolder it. Very disappointing
