Love the freezer! However, it arrived with several dents due to shipping. Works great in my garage though!

Just stopped cooling....
About 6 months after purchase it tripped my breaker and i had to throw out all the food in it. After that I always checked that the lights were on when I passed by. Now, about a year and a half later, I lost another freezer full of food. I’ve lost more food than the freezer cost. Lights are on but not cooling at all. Will not buy another igloo freezer.

Warranty over and so is the unit
Purchased this from a different retail outlet because it wasn't available at Amazon at the time. Several reviews stated theirs stopped working just out of the warranty range and my case is no different. 2 weeks past the warranty and it completely stopped working. About $500 worth of product spoiled.Unit showed it was on and working fine with no alarms. Lifted lid to see nothing but liquids and thawed meats.You can't even call igloo to discuss the issues because they don't manufacture it.Would not recommend.

This is a defective product that does not work for more than one year.After having this freezer for one year it stopped freezing. I've had this freezer for 1 year and 3 months. I am very dissatisfied with this product. After doing research, there is no number to call. The warantee means absolutely nothing, if you can not get any response from Amazon nor the contracted seller they received it from. Don't buy this freezer!!!!!

Don’t buy
I also bought a 3 cub model. Stopped working after a short time and. Contacted Igloo. Very unhelpful...told me, a senior citizen, to bring it to s repair shop. I would never buy an igloo product again.

Maybe Yeti will make a freezer
POS quit working, less then one year! Can’t reach anyone that cares. Is junk
