I expected a bit more instructions than, an eyedropper dose under the tongue. I just started this (4th day), I am hoping this will give me a much needed boost in the results I want. But I am also watching my diet, so I am unsure as to how to tell if it is helping.

Scam?
I did not notice a difference in my blood sugar when I used this product. Maybe I didn't give it enough chance but I used it for almost a month and saw no real difference

This product works. it takes about 1 week to start seeing results. i stopped using it for about 1 month and sure enough my blood sure skyrocket, i order it again and after 2 weeks it was getting better and better each day. This works for me and i hope it work for you too.
