I chose this product because its formula is based on retinaldehyde, a more effective form of a retinoid product. It is a good, effective retinal that helped get my acne under control. I also chose this formulation because it has bakuchiol, which also helps with anti-aging. I think it's a great value for money and very good for people starting out with a retinoid.

I have to turn it upside down and use the cream cus the pump seems to be broken, but i can’t replace it as it is not returnable

You have to press 10 times to get a shot! And it is too glossy and oily. It is only for dry skin, not for normal, oily and combination skin. Now I am using it as moisturizer for body!

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Severe Skin Reaction & No Refund I am extremely disappointed with both this product and the company’s customer service. I used the product only once, and my face became irritated and I experienced what appeared to be an allergic reaction. Because of the severity of the reaction, I stopped using it immediately. What made the situation even worse was the company’s response. I was told that I was eligible for a refund, but despite that, I was unable to get my money back. The customer service was extremely unsupportive and frustrating to deal with. Being told that I qualified for a refund and then not receiving one is completely unacceptable. I also spoke with a dermatologist after the reaction, and I was advised that products containing such a high percentage/concentration of the active ingredient may require medical supervision or a prescription, depending on the ingredient and concentration. This made me even more concerned about the product and how it was sold. I would strongly encourage buyers to research the ingredients and concentration carefully and consult a qualified medical professional before using it, particularly if you have sensitive skin. For me, the combination of a serious skin reaction, poor customer support, and the failure to honor the refund I was told I was eligible for has resulted in a very negative experience. I would not purchase this product again.
