Will the charger that came with my DW945 charge these batteries?

Do these batteries still take a charge after a year? Other batteries I've tried seem to only last a few months before they won't charge fully.

Will these nimh batteries have good longevity if charged in the original dewalt nicad charger?

Will this replace DW9048?
