Works well
Gives a nice amount of resistance. The adjustment works well. The screen counts how many you do (does show pounds if force). Keep in mind that it’s a piston so the speed that you do it affects the amount of resistance a little

My arms and chest, Love it!
Great for upper body and arms workout. You can go light weight for a fast reps workout. Or, you can crank the weight up and power a heavy workout. 💪🏼💪🏼

Portable and does the job
Got as a gift for someone but I also tried it out and it's a great resistance workout tool. You can vary the resistance. It doesn't take up much space, and but is effective.

Well-Designed and Offers a Tremendous Amount of Resistance
This exercise device is durable, very well made and is fun to use. The resistance can be effortlessly adjusted by the smoothly rotating wheel, but the increase in resistance with each slight turn is nothing short of amazing. It can be set from being easy for a child to squeeze, all the way up to being impossible for an extremely strong man to budge, and can be finely tuned everywhere in between. The digital rep counter is also a nice plus as I could imagine someone straining so hard to complete presses that they lose their count. This device provides a lot of room for growth with ever-increasing challenge resistance. I highly recommend it.

Great machine Bad politics
The first one broke and when they called them, they immediately shipped me a replacement before I could even return The other one which I did And now they’re billing me for a failure to replace it three months after the fact

Just Got This
So I just got this. So far I’m pretty happy with it. It’s far too early to know if it’s doing anything, but I definitely feel some quality resistance. I’m curious how I’ll feel about it in a month.

Good Unit
Good unit, have used for a month. None of the fluid leak issues that some negative reviews report. Let's see how it holds up over time.

Sturdy built
All metal made, should last a long time. The movement doesn't come back all the way, have to pull open at a certain point.

High quality materials it makes a weird little noise sometimes but it’s not a problem I like how it’s adjustable so far I’m really happy if anything happens I’ll change my review
