C&H Pure Cane, White Sugar Cube, 1 lb

Why in the world have grocery stores stopped carrying these? C&H has always been my choice for sugar. I like tea, these are easy to use, less messy than spooning into a cup. The quality is perfect, they dissolve easily and look cute in my container. I keep the whole package in a ziplock after filling my countertop container, keeps things nice and neat.

Got these for a coffee station at a construction site. Because it's set up outdoors (in the misty Pacific Northwest), loose sugar becomes a solid block within a few hours. When it rains… it doesn't pour. Picture a construction working trying to chip sugar out of a dispenser with a plastic spoon and numb hands. Not pretty. I tried a few different containers and dispensers, but they don't close tightly enough to prevent this— or if they do they're too fiddly to open with cold hands so sugar gets everywhere, and/or they're hard to close so we're back to rock-hard sugar. Solution: sugar cubes! They're 𝙖𝙡𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 solid blocks, so the humidity makes no difference. And that means they can be in an easy-open container, which the guys appreciate. I don't know why it didn't occur to me earlier, but now I'm everybody's favorite site manager. Note these come in a paperboard box that's not airtight and absolutely NOT resealable, so you'll need to put them into another container for storage. I just slide the entire box into a zip-lock bag to keep them clean. The shipping package was minimal— just a padded envelope— so I was afraid I was going to open the box to find sugar dust, but all the cubes were perfectly intact. They're packed so tightly in their box I think there's just no room for them to bounce around and destroy each other. All in all, very pleased! Problem 100% solved, and the price is right. I'll definitely be ordering more of these since I can't seem to find them locally.

Bought these to go with a tea set I bought solve little girls and they loved them. The sugar that was knocked off the cubes did spill out of the box onto other stuff I had ordered so beware of what you order to come at the same time if it’s something you don’t want sugar getting on.

great for coffee or tea. get the same amount every time. love sugar in this form. a little pricey but so convenient its almost worth the extra cost
