Paula Deen Celebrates!: Best Dishes and Best Wishes for the Best Times of Your Life

Indeed Paula Deen is one of the best chefs and there is not a single week when I don't use one of her recipes to prepare dinner but I am disappointed with this book. If not the respect for Paula Deen, I would have it returned. The major problem is that for me and I guess for all those that are not professional chefs cooking has to be visual. When I see the pictures of the dishes, gives me better idea which one I shall cook. Doing this using this book is impossible. There are very few pictures of the dishes gathered on few pages somewhere in the middle which practically means that you have to read all the recipes in detail and visualize yourself how the dish will turn out. It would be good if next time Paula Deen publishes this book, accompany the pictures for every recipe like Giada De Laurentiis or Jamie Oliver do it. So be aware that there are no pictures.
