Nice, but incredibly difficult to switch to the other direction. I thought it would be easy to flip around from the direction shown in the photo as I needed it to be...it WAS NOT! Weirdly bad design. I got it done, but it was a serious challenge and I was afraid I would break it trying to flip the arm...and I lift weights and am fairly strong. An average person likely could not reverse it. They need to rethink that problem. If you need it going any direction other than as pictured be forewarned! It is lovely, just not user friendly.
