I like their vitamins

Life Extension products are not inexpensive. If you don't have any special requirements for supplements, you can probably beat price at similar quality, but I have RA, so the fact that this B Complex does not have vitamin C in the formula is why I buy it. Most generally available commercial formulas of B Complex include vitamin C.

normally, i don't feel any different when i have vitamins but at less doent have any side effect. it could be me,

I almost had a panic attack when I saw my urine turn yellow. I only had one pill. They are good for your money but I kind of wanted to return them but you can't. I tried to contact them as well no response. The pills are huge! They smelled a little strange as well. I did notice I felt a little good and they are quality. My energy level was higher than normal. So basically their effectiveness seems like it will be well tolerated. I don't plan on making this a daily pill due to the size.

Objectively, we have great results with Life Extension. My children suffer from traumatic hair loss due to a prolonged bad situation. We were prescribed medication, diet change, and supplements. The other brands we used did little to nothing, but Life Extension did what was needed. The vitamin B, two per day, omega 3, vitamin e, and vitamin a, are all in our rotation. My kids look like fuzzy haired baby chickens, it is super fantastic to see them smiling, having energy, and feeling confident again. The smell of the vitamin isn’t too strong, the color of the pills aren’t horrible (especially with Omega 3), and everyone in the home is now using Life Extension brand supplements wherever possible.

Highly recommended by our PCP. Vegan so if you have AGS, the capsules are vegan.
