Useless product.First one was delivered broken, asked for refund yet replacement was sent. Now replacement a doesn't work.The cable is unable to support 12V socket. The light on cable turns on but goes off as soon as it's plugged to thermal box.There is no option to contact Philips customer care, and Amazon support is useless.Lesson: Don't buy expensive product online, there is no after sales support.

Philips portable fridge is great!! Once powered on, it can cool to freezing -2° within 10 to 15 mins. It's can go -22° depends on the settings. The motor is fairly quite, can't really tell its on when in open space. We take it with us when we are taking a road trip, or having picnic at the park or at the beach. Keeps all of our foods and drinks cold. One thing I noticed it come with DC adaptor for car use but doesn't come with AC power adaptor for if I want to use in my home. its not a big deal but it will be nice if it comes with one. So I purchased DC to Ac adapter from Amazon itself.. But overall its a pretty nice fridge, and good amount of space. Value of money and Quality excellent.

product working well, great frozen products, drink bottles etc

I bought this product for my road trip to keep frozen items in the fridge. It is very good in keeping things cold (about 2-4 degrees), but is unable to keep things frozen. After every few Hrs of operation it would slowly get into defrosting cycle raising the temperature to about 15 degrees. This automation is killing the usability of the freezer. It is better to buy an Ice Box and carry Ice instead of investing so much.Pros:- The power cord is long enough for the fridge to be placed anywhere in the boot.- It consumes about 3-4 Amps so is not very heavy on your car's eletrical system.- The Design is upmarket and would add to the fancyness of your trip garnering curious questions from your trip mates.- The weight of the fridge very easy to handle by single person.- The groved Handles makes it easy to pick and move even with food and drinks inside.Cons:- Though the capacity is suficient, the heigh is not sufficient for even 750ml bottles.- The fridge cannot operate on 220V, so you have to rely on your Car's ciggarette lighter or buy a 220V to ciggarette lighter adapter- The fridge is automated to go into defrost mode every few Hrs making it just a cooler and not a freezerOverall close to 25k is not worth for the kind of cooling you get from this. It is better to get a large 50L Ice Box instead and carry ice slabs instead.
